Dormition of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church is a growing Christian community of people from various ethnic and social backgrounds, sharing a common commitment to the Lord, each other, and the Apostolic Faith.

With the guidance of the Holy Spirit, our mission is to be in communion with the One body of Christ and His Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church. This mission is actualized during Divine Liturgy when we celebrate the Holy Eucharist. 

Our mission is consistent with the vision of the Orthodox Church: Witnessing Jesus Christ and His kingdom as is preached through the Holy Gospel. We share our life with Him and are called, with all humility, to spread the message of salvation to all mankind.
